PRIVACY POLICY

The items ordered are delivered to the Buyer by courier or by post. Pursuant to the Act of 2 March 2000 on protecting certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a hazardous product (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2000 No 22, item 271, with subsequent amendments), the Buyer can withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason, within 10 days of the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer. The returned goods cannot have any traces of use. They should be complete and returned in the original packaging (if appropriate), together with any additional equipment and instructions. It may happen that the original packaging has been lost or damaged. In that case the return is still possible, but we will have to deduct 5% of the value of the goods from the amount of reimbursement. If the order includes several articles, it is also possible to return only some of them. The return shipping cost is incurred by the Buyer.

Please put the document confirming the sale in the packaging, together with information about your bank account for reimbursement. If the parcel had a ‘HANDLE WITH CARE’ label, the returned parcel should also have such a label. Our store does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
